Getting Energized

So you are off to your appointment(s), just another day and feeling the same as the day before, well you may want to try listening to your favorite song before your appointments, It WILL energize you. Try kick starting your morning by eating something that is going to give you a boost, or hitting the gym early, this works for me!

Well Josh I think you are right on that, Marg, a cooffe is good but juice is better and not orange jucie, or citris of any kind in the AM.

Your body has a very hard time dealing with the acid in the morning, empty stomach and all. They just market the heck out of it to make us think it is good first thing. It is good for you just not firsts thing.

Just like when I go out running...I have my ipod on upbeat fast music! You need to pump yourself up so your positive energy can be felt and help your "to be" clients see that you are ready.
