Most of you have already experienced the current issues with lending during your latest buying or selling real estate transactions. LTV's required are being lowered and more cash infussion in deal are necessary to insure the transaction can be done. After much conversation with my sellers most all are willing to consider owner financing on a long term period. For my buyer clients it has been a win/win deal and they are looking addition opportunities.
Anyway to the fun things in life, fishing has been OK not great but OK. Machine pitch baseball is well underway and this season is to be more instructional. The kids seem to like it much better and the parents are more laid back thankfully. With business slower than normal it is nice to other things in life to be thankful for.
