Today Remax Tri-Cities will take itself to lunch. We'll go down the street to Dolphies Pizza, which is actually a buffet similar to Shakey's. We have learned the hard way not to EVER say anything heavy when we are having a lunch or breakfast out. Today is for saying congrats to Joanne, saying goodbye to Barb and Faye who have left real estate and best of luck to LeeAnne who is moving to the green side of Oregon and wishing Lark a happy birthday. I think in our agency the long travail is over. We've examined everything about the way we do business - we've cut expenses and then cut again and then cut again. Outside of coin operated toilet paper there isn't anything much left to cut. We partners have examined why we are where we are and want we want. We still have only a broad mission statement as we 4 have different reasons for being here. Overall what we want is just to be able to make our livings selling real estate our own individual ways without having to conform to anyone else's template. That independance is vital to us! I think it is a strength of our office too. It's professionalism not a boiler room atmosphere.
