This Battle Ground
Washington real estate market report is a simple matrix of homes
in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and:
Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical month of
August, 2008
This month has 20 fewer homes in the active category, and the average
days on the market showed another several-day decrease. For the listings that
are agreeing to offers the average time on the market is about 90 &
39 days respectively
per lot-size below. In our opinion this area is still very
much in a Buyers Market, with a summer-time seasonal slowing of
sales.
For August year-to-date the RMLS data is showing the Average home
Selling Price for Battle Ground: $271,600; and the Median Selling Price: $235,000.
The Clark County - wide Average Home Selling Price is: $285,300;
while the Median Selling Price is: $247,000.
