Even a white picket fence... now what else could a buyer want?  Beautiful house, Paul.  Are ya'll settled into your new place yet?

Those floors are gorgeous!  This will be a great home for the smart buyer.  I'd advise a buyer to really jump on this one though -- a home in nice condition with these amenities doesn't come along every day!

Wow!  The seller did a great job on this one, Paul and the pool looks fabulous!  I hope it sells quickly.

That house is beautiful. I attended the U. of Arizona YEARS ago, and never made it to Scottsdale- but have been told that it's gorgeous. It's so surprising, in one of your photos, to see the trees. I recall cactus (that got in my way as I found my dorm), having come from the "stumble inn".

Beautiful home...  I was surprised as well to see so many trees.  I don't think of trees when I thing of AZ.  I may be overdue for a trip to Scottsdale.

Paul, this is a beautiful home.  Nice pool and I like the hardwood floors.  Great job on the presentation.

Great tile work in the master bath and I love that vanity!  I'm with the commentors above - I had no idea that there were actual yards with trees in AZ - that must make this one even more special.

What a nice job they did with the baths. Great tile/stonework. Very nice-looking flyer, too! (It's funny to visit your blog now & not fall into a suspense-filled trance)
