Make your reservations at Les Arts Culinarie now! This Olathe restaurant is part of the Culinary Arts program at Olathe North High School. It is currently accepting reservations for the 2008-2009 dinner service. The meals are prepared by students as part of the 21st Century High School Program. Each dinner includes an appetizer, entree, dessert and beverage for $30 a person. Menu includes:
Appetizers: Tossed herb salad; batter-fried stuffed jalapeno served with salsa; or brie and apple soup
Entrees: Classic beef wellington served with Madeira sauce, scalloped potatoes and asparagus; pan-seared pork tenderloin encrusted with green peppercorns, sweet potatoes and baby carrots; or house made three-cheese tortellini
Desserts: Pear and puff pastry napoleon; sweet plum crisp; or chocolate molten cake
