Hey, Sacramento's summertime mainstay is back: Friday night concerts in the park at Cesar Chavez Plaza (10th & J across from Sacramento's City Hall) start up again on May 4th. Concerts begin at 5pm and go 'til 9pm or so, and several local bars and restaurants are offering discounts afterwards to those with wristbands. ♦
