Tradewinds originally built our home. We wanted to extend a request for bid to them because the original construction was high quality and they have always been responsive to our needs. Since our home had a west-facing back yard and no mature trees, the sun in summer was absolutely horrific. We decided to build a deck cover that looked like an extension of the house to block the sun and heat. Tradewinds provided a competitive quote and were willing to listen to our design ideas and develop a solid plan. The workers were professional and FAST. The project ended on time and on budget. As a result of the construction the aesthetics of the home has improved tremendously (even Tradewinds was amazed at the transformation), our energy bills have substantially reduced, and we have a gorgeous entertainment space now.

Pertaining to this construction - the whole deck cover is wonderful, but the best part is we can now have the blinds OPEN and the heat doesn't get into the house. The natural light is wonderful inside the house now. |

"The best" it turns out is a relative term because there is room for everyone in the marketplace from the low cost leader to exclusive suppliers of high end products. So how do you compare? So, what started out as "BoiseConstructionResources.com" evolved into BuildingCredibility.com. What first started out as a Yellow Page idea evolved into a resource website including the most comprehensive list of new communities including location, lot sizes, starting home values and who the builders are. Community profiles The website continued to evolve and added blogs, interactive maps, listings, and now we are launching "Construction Exscellence."
