Super Buffet to the Rescue

No, I am not talking about The Old Cholesterol Buffet or the King Buffet that seems to spring up everywhere, but Warren Buffet, the mogul of Kansas or whatever he is called in his hometown.

Well, he has given a shot of confidence to Wall Street by investing $5 billion in Goldman Sachs. We are still waiting on the Congress(the opposite of progress) to pass the $700 billion bailout plan. I am not sure what they are waiting. I am pretty sure all the do-Little's in congress don't stack up against Paulson and Bernanke.

But, they did face some resistance yesterday selling it the Senate Banking Committee. Man, I am sure the conspiracy theorists are having a field day on this one.

I am very carefully floating today. Ready and able to pull the trigger at a moments notice.

You are soooo right on with your observations. Buffet has given a little confidence to Wall Street, although if this do nothing, hot air congress keeps blabbing, that confidence will disintegrate over the next couple of days. I'm already getting the conspiracy theory emails, etc. Makes me wonder if we all live in the same country!

I rather in invest my money with Buffet than Congress. I guess that is why my investment money is partial in Buffet's stocks.

Thank You for your Post. Really on target. The politicians, bankers, investment advisors, and CEO's of major corporations are MAJOR ingredients in the con game. Their motivation is their own wealth. Not the benefit of the American economy. They were ignorant of the effects of their own avarice.
