Okay...a bit dramatic sounding, but sorry...I've always wanted to use that line.  It's true however...this Friday, Sept. 26th, the curtain goes down on the Diva in the House-The Voice of Real Estate Staging Show.  My final guest will be Christine Rae, President and CEO of Certified Staging Professionals

I want to publicly thank Christine and the CSP organization for having granted me the amazing opportunity to be " The Voice of Staging " for the last year and a half.  Over that time I had the absolute pleasure to speak with many of today's hottest celebrity designers, HGTV producers and writers, fellow Professional Stagers from across the world ( all the way to Australia ) , business coaches, Bob Stewart of AR and numerous AR participants.  Most amazing to me is that many of my "interviewees" have become dear friends and blessings in my life.

During the past year another thing has become very clear to me and that was that I was not fulfilling my own passion.  My true love and what really excites me is the ability to help others be successful and explore that path that they always wanted to explore, but are hesitant to try. When I realized I was doing this myself, I knew it was time to walk the walk and go forth with my own mantra of " With Passion~Comes Possibility".  I realized that the only way to do this was to focus 100% on my desires.  I love the decor and staging industry, but I was wearing too many hats and had to give something up.  The staging stillettos have been on the shelf for a while now while the launching of The Diva Success Network has gone from thought to reality.  A weekly broadcast and a developing membership of fellow fem-preneurs who inspire, empower, enlighten and help others to be more successful either professionally or personally.  In less then 3 months, over 1/4 of our guests have been seen on Oprah!  I am delighted to share in this endeavor with my co-host Jessie LaFalce.

Along with the Diva Success Network which airs Thursdays at 1 p.m. eastern time at www.radiosandysprings.com and can be found at www.thedivasuccessnetwork.com , I will continue to have the opportunity to highlight the brightest and most talented professionals in the Home Services business through a brand new show called Professional Home Talk Radio.  The new show is launching next month to lots of buzz and excitement.

I want to thank the many friends whom I have made through my time on Active Rain not only for their support of the show, but the personal support and encouragement they shared.  I will occassionally pop  in just to read up on the exciting and inspiring things you all will continue to bring forth!  Many of you are now connections of mine through Facebook as well, so we will continue to be in touch!

Thank you all again!  It's been a blast!!!

Cheers!

Kathleen~ You were indeed a pleasure to interview as well.  I have thought of you numerous times recently...GO GATORS!  Life is really good...3-0 and living the dream!

Kathy~  Another DITH favorite contributor!!!  You my dear are an exceptionally talented lady and I will continue to cheer on even more success for you!

David~ How very kind of you!!!  I will continue to help " STAGE IT FORWARD" thanks to the new Professional Home Talk Radio Show...I'm sure you will hear more about it in the coming weeks.  It's a fabulous and affordable way for business owner's to " tell their story "!  No more misprinted quotes or feelings of " lost opportunities"...a boost to any business owner's marketing strategies.

Gina, my favorite Diva! This place WILL NOT be the same without you. I'm sitting here at my computer, trying to imagine AR without your little cartoon self, popping in to add your witty comments, sharing your wisdom, and just adding so much to my day.

See you on Facebook :)

Karen~I would love to do a little piece for your newbie section and will be able to do that for you hopefully this weekend if that is okay.  As to Friday...I have an appointment right after the show so I have to fly on back to this side of town.  We will however make time to see one another very soon as I ALWAYS enjoy your company!  Thank you for your support and encouragement.  You were part of my journey to where I am now...I will forever be grateful!

Melissa~ Yikes!  I'm sorry about the i-tune situation...but maybe you'll find lots of inspiration from the fem-preneurs on the Diva Success Network.  For certain you will want to catch my upcoming interview with Barbara Corcoran the Author of " If You Don't Have Big Breast, Put Ribbons in Your Pig Tails".  Talk about an inspiring woman.  If I remember the facts correctly, she starter her Real Estate Business with a loan of $1000.00 and sold it for something like 70 plus million dollars!!!  Now that's a successful DIVA!  ( :

Cheers!

Gina, you go girl!  We stagers are fortunate to have the ablility to rexamine, de-clutter, and rearrange what's going on in our lives to get the most out of life. I'm always joking about not knowing what I want to be when I grow up.....right now, I want to be a home stager..... but really, I don't want to grow up. If you ever find your way to the South side, Newnan, Ga.  let me know and I'll show you some local color.  Wishing you the best and stay in touch.

HI Gina, sad to see your time has come to move on to other passions but completely understandable. You not only helped others to grow in themselves and their businesses but a funny thing happened along the way. You grew too.  Now you will be passing on your passion to others in a new way so they can reach their potential as well.

I knew when I met you at the CSP convention that you were one special lady and now millions of others do too. You smile lights up a room and your ability to come up with marketing ideas at a drop of a hat are second to none. (you have all the best martini recipes too, remember vodka is like the colour black, it goes with everything)

I wish you success in your new adventure. :)

Melissa~Yes, the new shows are being archived in the same manner.  Feel free to visit the web site www.thedivasuccessnetwork.com and sign up for the newsletter.  You may have to wait until mid week due to a tech issue that I am hoping will be resolved over the weekend.  Once a month you'll get the newsletter with the line up of guests and then every Wed. a reminder postcard is sent of who the guest is and the subject.  We have some truly amazing people scheduled!

Michelle~THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!  What a very nice thing to read this morning...you have made my day!  Continued success to you always...I'm sure our paths will continue to cross.  LOL at your vodka comment...I'm actually in the process of getting a liquor company to sponsor our Marteeny Newsletters.  After all...I'm doing what I can to promote their business one martini at a time! ha!  CHEERS!
