Has Anyone Else Seen this Problem
I have run into a new problem this month. I have never seen this happen before but this has occurred four times in September. I try and set an appointment to see a foreclosed property and the Listing Agent tells me there are no more showings because there are problems with the title. Is this being caused by the loans and bad debt that is being sold? This is becoming a major problem for me because I now have a list of buyers waiting on a group of properties to see what is going to happen. Could this be caused by banks going out of business? Is this a sign of something more on the horizon?

I'm not sure what the problem is but the listing agent should know. Have you asked him or her what the exact nature of the problem is. We are all professionals in the business together and I would think the listing agent would be more than will to share this information with you.
