Okay, the back story, Debbie, if you will humor me for a sec:

This is a personal property and I am more than willing to pay a realtor commission on the buyer side. I hold an active RE lic., but I do not practice... i merely got it for the education and to understand the daily activities of my main customer: The Realtor.

Being that I work with a lot of Realtors, it becomes a no-win with my personal properties. If i choose one, i am sure to upset the others.
