Hi Kathy...Pricing is the number one issue with me and my clients..if a home I list is pricedto Sell I'll do Open Houses, Plus I know Buyers want access to good listings so why not make it easy for them and post the MLS Open House site on my Blogs and Web Sites...really a no brainier.
