All you have to do is Ask

Ok, so you have done a great job, service for your clients, "Ask for referrals after someone has experienced the benefits of your products or services." This is a key opportunity, Just ask, and tell them Not to keep you a secret. You will be very surprised at the outcome, most of us want to help others, just look around here in the rain. Chuck, good point. If you don't ask for referrals, you won't get any. Thanks.

That is Brian Bufinni 101. I always ASK at the beginning, middle and end of a transaction.

However, if you don't ask, you can still get referrals by maintaining constant communication with your past Clients and continuing to provide them with high-class customer service, free information that might affect them, etc. However, asking for referrals will get you referrals much faster.

After

After every successful inspection I always ask if they have any further questions if not I say welcome home. I hope I did a good job for you and if you think I did recommend me to your friends.

Referrals are a great source for me. I stay in contact with them and remember to ask for referrals along with providing them an incentive to do so.
