How do you do to Stage odd areas ? by Eclectic Home Staging of the Palm Beaches

By
Home Stager

Sometimes we are asked to go and give a Staging Bid on a vacant and you bump into an area that even the owner has no clue what to do with it. This 27 story Condo has gorgeous views of the Intercoastal and beautiful Singer Island. The floorplan is very open and this area is next to the living and Dining area.

I came up with the idea of making this into a Bar/lounge area.

This is how it turned out after Staged

Fernando, That looks lovely, I think you did a great job. It might have made a nice reading area as well....chaise lounge look. Some spaces are difficult but I loved what you did.

Fernando,

An odd space indeed, but you made it have purpose!  An entertainment bar by the Living and Dining Room is perfect!  Continued success!

You gave a great purpose the space Fernando.  I wasn't expecting that as I scrolled down to see what you placed there, but as soon as I saw the bar, it seemed obvious.  Great idea!!

How fun!

This is definitely an area that would have had buyers scratching their heads wondering what to do with it. I love the bar, where did you find it?

You did a great job with this space making it usable and beautiful.  So many people entertain at home (we certainly do) a lot and you have given this property an area to do so.
