I have the nicest client that I am working with right now. Her name is Jenn. Last night, I emailed her a listing that she wanted to see right away. After we agreed to meet, she mentioned that she planned to ride her bicycle to the house - for several reasons: reducing her carbon footprint on earth, it would slow her down enough to look at the neighborhood and she would get some exercise. This morning, I had some time, and a bicycle, so I met her and we rode to the home together. I am so glad I did! And it got me wondering about all the other "cool" or "different" ways real estate agents have shown homes - so go ahead, spin your wheels and tell me!

Jenn gave me permission to take her photo next to the house I showed her - if you look carefully, an image of me is in the window next to the door - taking the photo! And that does remind me - I need to update my profile with a photo!
