Market Report August 2008 for Brookings, Oregon
Information gathered from Regional Multiple Listing Service

8/1/2008- 8/31/2008 There were 15 residential homes sold in these areas:
City of Brookings, Airport, Marina Heights, North Bank Chetco River, Harbor, Whinchuck,
South Bank Chetco River, Carpenterville, Cape Ferrello and Whaleshead.

The average sales price was $333,133 and the average days on market was 191.
There are 11 pending sales and 38 new listings.
There is a total of 353 active residential home listings in these same neighborhoods.

Wow, I too loved the aerial photo, what a beautiful place to call home! Everyone should have the market reports on their blogs, buyers and sellers just eat them up!

Janna- You might have a world wide following already and don't even know it! Click on the icon and it will direct you to the clustermap page. On the tool bar click "get one" and follow the steps. I believe you just copy and paste the HTML into your profile page and also somewhere on the blog page? It's been so long since I added it I can't remember where to actually paste it. Play around, you will figure it out!
