My Qualifications

I am licensed by the State of Connecticut, Lic #HOI.341

I have passed the State of Connecticut's Home Inspection Examination.

I have passed the State of Connecticut's Business and Law Examination.

I have graduated from The Inspection Experts Training Institute.

I have passed the Inspection Experts Training Institute Examintion.

I am a certified home inspector # 04012833

Gary Oleski has qualified as a Certified Master Inspector in Connecticut .

My inspection reports meet or exceed the standards of practice of The State of  Connecticut, NACHI and ASHI.

I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).  

I have passed NACHI's on-line Inspector Examination.

I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.

I fulfill at least 30 hours of continuing education every year.

I have passed a mold assessment course by PRO-LAB.

I have passed a  lead assessment course by HUD.

I am a member of the U.S. Chamber Of Commerce.

I have built a few homes. I have remodeled a number of homes, and I have maintained  lots of homes in the State of Connecticut for over 35 years.

 Now in my tenth year of inspecting Connecticut homes. 

 I was born , raised and live in Connecticut.  I know Connecticut homes!
