I was one of the many people in California that faced a looming foreclosure of my home in Orange County, California.  At the time, I was going through financial and emotional crisis and was contemplating foreclosure, however I decided to try the option of a short sale in hopes of saving my credit and future liabilities.  I didn't fully understand the short sell process and wanted to find someone who was specialized in that area to guide me through the process.  That's when I searched around for a Real Estate agent and came across Tina Maraj Shah, a real estate agent specializing in short sales from Fullerton, California.

Unlike the other real estate agents that I've consulted with, Tina was friendly, courteous, and compassionate.  Tina understood the financial and emotional situations that I was going through and was patient with me.  She consistently reassured and reiterated the short sale process to me, demonstrated confidence and resolve during uncertainty, and went above and beyond in facilitating the short sale process.  Tina frequently communicated with the Loss Mitigation departments from the first and second lenders, negotiated with the real estate broker from the buyer, and made sure that she exercised all her options to ensure that the process went as smooth as possible for all the parties involved. 

In the end, her commitment and persistence paid off as the short sale transaction was successful and everyone was satisfied.  Having met with her frequently, I was impressed with her deep industry knowledge, customer service, dedication, energy, and drive for the work she did.  It's not often you see that in this type of industry, and that's why I would not hesitate to seek her assistance in the future.
