Hi Kathy...Wow what a neat looking character home...and Circa 1880, certainly older than me. It would be near a million dollars here, depending on location and condition. I'm sure you'll sell this one quickly too!

I've always wanted a green/white Anne of Green Gables type house - with a front porch like that! I so love it!

Liz - I believe their choice of name for the property was inspired by the 60's TV series Green Acreswith Eddie Albert and Eva Gabor
