$7 Billion reasons to be worried. What is going on with this market? The last 2 weeks have been very interesting to say the least. I'm new to this Bloging thing, so please bare with me. I've been investing in real estate for over 20 years now. Buying single family homes, rehabbing, flipping, renting and selling with owner financing terms. But, I have never seen a market like this. It's exciting and scary all at the same time. And add to that this is an election year, well it just cant get any more confusing. I do know one thing for sure, we cant expect the federal government to "bail" anyone out. Just look at how our SSI retirements accounts look. Does anyone really expect to retire and live off that. Not if you want to have any kind of life.
