Some Mother's Day Dining Options in Denver, CO
If you are looking for something a little fancier than every day dinning, it is not too early to make reservations for Mother's Day Dining. In fact if you don't do so soon, you'll be waiting in line for a walk-in table (if they even have any) - which isn't pretty on Mother's Day!
If you are new to the Denver Area, here are a few suggestions of some of my favorite places for a special celebration. I have separated them into my own suggestions for Brunch or Dinner, but several of them serve both.
Note - some of these are more kid friendly than others, make sure you inquire about kid-options before making your reservations!
BRUNCH IDEAS
Highlands Garden Cafe, Denver, CO -Located in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver, this is surely one of the prettiest locations in town. Two Victorian Homes are combined for one stunning & delicious treat. And if we are lucky to have beautiful weather, the gardens at this charming restaurant are sure to impress you. Make your reservations here now as this is sure to be a sell-out.
The Inverness Hotel- have little ones but still want to make it special - The Inverness Hotel goes all out with their kids activities including balloons, face painters and more. The food is just wonderful and the special chidlren's buffet section will leave everyone happy. Leave room for dessert here for sure, there are too many options to choose from!
Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center - Another elegant option that will satisfy everyone!
Denver Botanic Gardens - Want to visit the Denver Botanic Gardens & have Brunch? You can do both. This event is very popular and always fun!
Elway's - Centrally located in Cherry Creek. I have not yet personally been for Mother's Day, but everyone that I know that has, gives it rave reviews.
Bistro Vendome- Again, going off of past cleint's feedback, but this is one I have down to try as others have raved about it.
Ellyngton's - Located in the Historical & Classy Brown Palace Hotel, Ellyngton's is indeed a special option for Mother's Day Brunch.
DINNER IDEAS
The Denver Chophouse & Brewery - Another favorite in my house, The Denver Chophouse & Brewery has steaks and then some and their potatoes are to die for.
The Fort - Located near the foothills in Morrison, CO - You will receive a history lesson while dinning on some Colorado delicacies including beef, buffalo, game and seafood! Classy, fine dinning atmosphere with a blast of the past.
Yia Yia's- Located in the DTC, this Greenwood Village neighborhood favorite is worth the splurge on such a special day.
Le Central -I have dined at Le Central for years and have never been disappointed. Classic French menu that is always nice for a special treat.
