2007 Total Single Family Homes Sold 32/109

2008 Total Units Sold To Date 99

2008 Total Single Family Homes Sold To Date 32/99

Presently there are 5 Single Family Homes Pending and 3  Pending Condo's, High Rise , Low Rise  * Total of  8 Pending Moorings Units

Also important to note are that New Listings in the Moorings are declining.  New Listings tend to increase during the winter months as indicated however the trend appears to be downward overall.

Marchel - Wow - terrific - you did not tell me that!  How fun maybe you will need a break sometime soon and head down this way???  I have a soft spot for the Moorings ... It is pretty, beach, boating and some of the more classic Naples homes.  The big question is Do you have POWER!

Shannon, we got power back yesterday about 4:00 in the afternoon.  Now we still don't have cable and I have been going through HUGE Fox News withdrawls.  It is wonderful not listening to those generators though.
