Agent Genius a Community Blog that Rocks!

I have been seeing more and more group or community blogs out in the blogosphere. A group blog is a collaborative effort each post written by individuals but all under one platform.

Agent Genius won the Innovator of Year Award at Inman Connect in San Francisco this July. As I said in this post it is one of the best outside blogs I have been following this year.

Recently Lani and her husband Ben invited me to join the group of Agent Genius bloggers in contributing to the community. Announcement at AgentGenius Yea, so excited about this announcement

I am truly humbled and excited to be able to contribute to this innovative community. I was picking up a birthday cake at SAMS when Lani called and to say I was surprised would be an understatement. Agent Genius has so many bloggers that I originally met through Activerain. Our own ActiveRich is also a contrbutor on AG, so I am somewhat in awe.

My first post over on Agent Genius, If I am not a lead what am I? I knew would be controversial but that's OK, as I said in my post on The No Spin Zone, on Transparency a few days ago it is all about being real and authentic.

Kim Wood, my apprentice in the Makeover2TakeOver contest here on Activerain, was also invited to participate. How exciting for Kim, our relationship has continued to grow since the MakeOver2TakeOver contest. Now we will both be contributing on AgentGenius together. Who would have thought? Welcome to Agent Genius, Kim. Go welcome her on AgentGenius.

Heather Elias, who I got to know at the N.C. girls get away weekend was also invited to participate. Heather's outside blog is about Loudoun County, VA where she spends most of her time now. Welcome to AgentGenius, Heather. Go welcome here on AgentGenius.

As we further our journey into the world of blogging, let me answer the question you might be thinking, "No I am not leaving Activerain." Bottom line this is home, where I come to at the end of the day to see everyone's smiling faces and read what's happening in your communities and business. Just spreading my wings a little and growing.

Hi Missy, I read AG every day and will be looking forward to reading yoiur articles. You are a good addition to their writers. They do a good job over there.

AG rocks... I am so lucky to have met the three of you at Inman! Reading the three of you has been fun but the f2f meetings are a blast! Congrats to all for "spreading your wings!"

marti, I have no life. yea, I do just kidding but I love writing and selling real estate. Since I do the listings and my team handles the buyers I am in front of my computer most of the day.

what I want to know is , where is the time left .....there is so much great info on Active Rain, couple that with blogging original content , and then working with clients (hopefully) , where is the time left ... maybe I will give up the few hours I sleep

Checked AgentGenius out and found it well worth the award it got from Inman. Excellent content. Great honor for you to become a blogger there, so congrats on that and best of luck.

Hey Missy, I follow you everywhere I can. I don't have a team (actually, I don't even have a local office now!), but I too much prefer photography and writing and listings! Just don't have that team! AG is lucky to have you.
