Conventional conforming 30 yr fixed rated will be 6.25% and FHA 30 yr fixed will be 6%. The rate special is for primary home purchase for qualified buyers. I MUST receive the full purchase contract by 8:00 a.m. on Monday with a completed tri-fold.
