While representing Diamond Dwellings RealtyTM at the 2008 Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) Convention and Trade Show, we ran across a company that may be beneficial to the DD team and others in the real estate industry. They certainly bear further investigation and testing.
This company is ZIPVO.com and it's about Video. Real Estate Video. With the quality of video recording equipment increasing as the cost decreases, everyone has the ability to capture, present, and even view high quality videos.
We learned that a few years ago, a Web Developer, Mortgage Broker, and REALTOR® got together and the ZIPVO concept was created. On the website, you can enter a zip code or equivalent and search video walk-throughs, video interviews, video blogs, video testimonials, and local community videos.
What else can you do at ZIPVO?
- Post video walk-throughs, video blogs, video testimonials, video interviews and local community videos for FREE
- Increase visibility of yourself, your website and your listings
- Have potential buyers email you about listings
- They include a search engine friendly link back to your website
