So your market is doing well,  some other parts of the country could use some up swing in the market, instead more foreclosures. Congratulation on your sale.

Randy-I have seen the same thing in a few other condo complexes around the island too.  I know that some of this is due to seller credits for closing costs but overall, the sales volume and percentage of list price versus sold price has improved dramatically over the past few months.  Aloha!

Celeste - I added that to the post.

Jennifer - We are on an island with only so much dirt we can sell.  Hawaii will always be a good long term investment.

David  - Heads up, I signed a new listing at Garden Homes 1 that goes in MLS on Monday.  $399,900.  First showing will be that Sunday.  I may have a couple of single families down by where you live in the next week or two.

Randy,

Congratulations, that's awesome that you sold it for 2000 more, were there seller's concessions involved ?

Celeste - I would love to sell your Destiny home.

Ray - We actually accepted $10,000 more than asking with a credit of $7000.  The appraisal came in $2000 over so both sides agreed to lower the sell to $2000 over with no credits and we closed early.
