If you read Real Estate Marketing with Flyer Boxes you now how important flyer boxes are. It still amazes me how many agents don't use them. At about ten dollars a piece I think they are well worth the investment. In fact I just invested nearly $300 (including shipping) in 30 new flyer boxes.
For any agents reading this, Flyerbox.com has the best prices. I did plenty of research (probably spent much more time than I should have) on the various flyer box designs available. The one pictured below is the most durable and it has a self closing lid to keep flyers protected from the rain.
Of course the best flyer box is the one that gets used and is stocked with flyers.
