Hi Shannon, Thanks for bringing this up. I had not noticed this feature. I am a member of twitter even thjough I have only been over there once or twice. Never quite figured out the purpose for being there. Maybe it will be worth sending my link over there since it doesn't require any more of my time. tweet tweet

I am not sure I want to sign up for something that begins with something my older brother used to call me when I was a kid, Twit! LOL

Shannon, I have a twitter account but have never totally figured it out. Thanks for sharing as I don't go to my settings all that often. Hopefully my power will stay on so I can. It was just out for a few hours but I'm hoping that's just problems getting everyone back on line.

Shannon, I have added twitter to my settings. Now it wasn't totally easy as I had to log out and log back in so I could figure out my password. I noticed that we are not connected and to be quite honest I don't have a clue how to find you. My name is springtx, which is silly I should have used my name but oh well.

Shannon, I have a Twitter acct but I have not really explored it yet. It is amazing the pace at which things move on this network.

Nifty. I didn't see that yesterday. Of course I have been using TwitterFeed for a while now. It is a cool option for your "other blog" too.

Okay, so now I have something that I can use my Twitter account for. :) I joined after Jeff Turner's blog about protecting your identiity and reputation online.

Wow. i had missed that feature, so I'm looking into it. I'm truly a twittre novice, but I've had several friends tell me it's a great way to stay in the loop.

I haven't signed up for Twitter, yet, just trying to learn to blog!

Thanks for the heads up I get a surge of readers when I tweet my AR posts.

I set it up but since I am in the practice of Tweeting them in the Chris Brogan approved manner this could be a step back for me... wait...then again I have never tweeted my Localism posts... that will be different.

Well I guess I shouldn't have hit the hay early last night.... so here goes...

Cat, Terri, & Deb Just check it out when you can - twitter.com - it's fun and they have great instructions - there is so much to learn we just do what we can.... eventually we figure it all out :-) What a great industry - I have friends who are like " how do you know all this tech stuff?" mine did not work.... I reset it. I retweeted my AR post the old fashioned way.

Thanks Shannon- I guess I will go and check this Twitter thing out. Everytime I turn around there are so many places to jump on board. It's a full-time job just keeping up with it all. I wish we got paid somehow for the many hours of internet use.

Tina I hear you , think of it this way when you get your terrific customers buying and selling from you , people who will know you and like you and want to work with you just from reading your blog etc. then you will be paid ( and in ways that are better then just cold hard cash) . Hang in there , it is a lot!

Ann Thank you! I agree there is so little time - I have started just blocking it into my schedule but then I need to take a day and just read and take notes. Eventually we'll be all caught up and then they'll be something else. At least once you get what it is your trying to do it is easier! Let me know when your get yourself on twitter. I'll tweet you.

Hi Don I hope it worked - it took a few minutes for mine it wasn't immediate... you might also want to check out Jeremy Blanton's feature on adding the twitter application to facebook- pretty cool . I just added it to mine and it was so easy!
