I didn't even leave the house when my PDA went off. I looked outside and there was this investor calling. I then had his information and I called him back. I went through my script that I had written for myself and then said. "How about you come in, I'm inside right now!" He was amazed and walked in and said, "I'll take it!"
Had I not had the 1-800 system, I would have never known he was out there. The investor was also impressed with the system and has already signed to re-list the property with me once it is fixed up all because he thought the 1-800 system was the key to getting the sale.
The investor said, "Had you not called me, I wouldn't have called you directly or even wanted to see the inside of the property. You captured my information with your 1-800 service and you called me with in 30 seconds of me calling your system, if you had not called me, you wouldn't had sold this property to me. You have a system that works and I want working for me."
