P.F. Changs in Temecula!!!

 

 

The Promenade Mall in Temecula is expanding to include the following New stores:

  • Coldwater Creek
  • Pottery Barn
  • William Sonoma
  • The Walking Company
  • The Yardhouse
  • P.F. Chang's China Bistro
  • Lucille's Bar-B-Ques

Temecua is growing...This is great news for the Inland Empire.  With all of the negative economic news it is uplifting to see some positive development.  The economic outlook for the Inland Empire is really not as grim compared to many other parts of the U.S.  

 

The New Expansion will feature 126,000 square feet of upscale shops and restaurants in a main street setting featuring fountains, an outside fireplace, interactive fountain, shade trees, built in stage and other pleasing amenities.

 

 The Parking structure is complete and can accommodate 936 cars.

 

 

The new and improved Plaza area is expected to be complete by November 2008 leading up to the Grand Opening of the outdoor component on March 26, 2009!

Jane- Wow, I didn't know this.  I pass the Mall all the time, but that's just coming and going.  So, this was good info, thanks.  I really am interested in the Outdoor part........

Hey thanks Kathy, I will keep updating this, and taking pictures.  Many people don't know about this expansion.  I just found out the other day that P.F. Changs was coming in.

Hit Router Attended Rain Camp

Mall expansion is a good sign for your local economy. Looks like some nice businesses going in as well.

Great photos. Sitting through the state of the City last month and the I-215 summit a couple weeks ago there is so much in the works for our area it is amazing. As soon as we can get rid of this REO inventory this area will really snap back. If some of these commercial ventures can just hang on they will really be on the ground floor to benefit when things turn around.
