There has been some talk about new flood zones in Westchester and Putnam County. If you were previously not in a flood zone, you might be know. You can go to http://www.floodsmart.gov to find out, but I recommend (if it shows up as in the flood zone) you have your insurance company determine if you really are in a flood zone.
