I have an investor willing to purchase any home out there (within reason) and then sell it back to your buyer on a Rent2Own or Land Contract. Your buyer gets to pick out the house they want, if the investor can successfully negotiate the purchase he will sell it back to them at appraised value. (or for what they can afford if it is less than appraised value - meaning they could have equity built in!)
