What is the best way to generate Leads & Referrals through Activerain?
I am addressing this question to the Members of Activerain because I am very interested in learning what has worked for others and applying this to my Blogs and Network activity.
A very simple question with many different answers and I look forward to reading your information presented back through your comments.
I have found that contacting members in smaller blog groups directly have made referrals very productive. Also by adding these members to my group and Associates has proven sucessful.

Blog about your area to attract the consumers. Be consistent and in time they will come to you. As far as referal it is the same thing only it comes from joining the groups associated with your interests. Just keep at it!
Sorry, I can't help...I haven't received any referrals yet...but thought I would stop by to say hi. I was in a blogging session this morning at the NAHREP convention and it was really interesting. The speakers said to be consistent, work hard and write about what you know and the business will come...oh yeah and be transparent.
Robert, I am new on AR, just a few months, but I have given out a listing and a qualified buyer referralso far. I found those agents here on AR by posting the referrals and then sorting thru all those who responded. I actually had a featured post because I wrote about how I found those agents. See my blog Assigning Referrals is not as easy, after posting I received over 25 solicitations in one hour! Good topic of discussion.
