Chuck - As a Virginia agent who specializes in horse properties, it is always interesting what is considered a horse property in other parts of the country. Where I am from this would in no way be enough land to have a horse on. I realize that this is not the case in other areas. I hope it sells quickly for you.

Chuck- Nice property....can you believe what Mara said LOL :) Imagine saying...no don't buy yet, I only have 2 days of my new flier ....LOL :) It is a very nice flier by the way .

Pam- In Arizona horse property is a zoning issue ... there aren't many properties that allow stabling.

Kathy- I hope the clients like the flier too. They'd probably like it more if I could insert more pictures... I've taken tons.

Chuck - interesting to see the inside of homes in your area and how similar they are to ours here in Raleigh... double vanities, gourmet kitchens, lots of tile. You have a lot of square footage for the sale price too. Good luck with the sale...

Pamela- I think quite a few people are suprised by Arizona homes... the interiors are pretty contemporary.
