1. A really great feeling. Free!

2. Closed a deal this morning. I feel sooo free!

3. Free from a very demanding transaction.

4. Free to get some more business going, going, gone.

5. Free to start up some new deals...get some more activity moving.

6. Free to get a few homes sold that really need to get sold. Keep the sellers out of foreclosure.

7. Free to find a few more good homes to sell.

9. Free to get that last mailing out that should have gone out 3 weeks ago....

8. Free to be ME! Some time for me! Haven't had time for me, can't wait to be FREE!

Just felt like singing... I'm free!! I'm free!

Evelyn - I'm going to save the cocktails til this weekend. I feel like I still have a lot to get under control with my current business.... I got home late last night, good thing my husband is so supportive. He didn't mind late dinner - 8:30, too much! Spaghetti and meatballs, I guess since it was homemade he was ok with it.

Vickie - Glad you had a great one too. Yes, "today of all days" - with what the stock market did - YIKES! My retirement is was there. :)

Jim - Congrats on your closing! Good some business is happening. Now on to the "next!"

Mel - I hope that doesn't mean you've had a closing and money didn't fund! This one funded right away, my check is already at my office. I should have a pretty envelope with the commish today... I think I'll go check my mailbox...

Cameron - HUH! Don't I WISH! This may catch me up on regular bills, maybe. Looking forward to another couple of good months to get a little caught up.... It's cold now - won't be thinking of biking again til about May '09! 50 degrees this morning and going to the 30's over the weekend. Fun in the midwest!
