Website almost done...any suggestions??

Ok, after nearly a year of attempts to build an awesome website that will bring prospects in by the droves.... 

After worming my way through a maze of web-talk and programming dialect and learning a LOT more than I ever thought I wanted to know about websites.... 

My site is ALMOST done!

It has been a long and winding road with tons of pitfalls and pot holes but it is nice to see the finish line in the near distance.

Any suggestions on how to get it out in the public's eye?   What have others done to let current and future clients know about their awesome new site?
