I could say Red Wine and Dark Chocolate and this will always work. But a better way is finding a nice quiet place and settle my mind and focus on all of the good that has taken place before the negative that has happened.

That sounds like a great plan. I also avoid watching the news... especially lately!!
I find sugar mid afternoon. Especially if there is a later appointment. We have a title company in the same building who accommodates all of our "sweet" needs.........guess where I am going right now?
chocolate- always a stress reliever.
Yoga class is great, but can't do it in the middle of the afternoon. Take 3 really deep breaths, temporary but helpful. Of course if you're sitting in the doctors office some may think you're really sick. Heck, maybe you'll get in faster!
