mentioned that I would be visiting Oceanside Pompano Beach
again and
taking pictures while there. Scroll below for a

Amenities are simply fabulous and include Concierge, an amazing, large
Infinity Pool, Whirlpool Spa, Surround Sound Theater, Fitness Center,
Sports Lounge, Club Room, News Café, 2 Hard-Surface Tennis
Courts, Climate-controlled Wine Vault, Virtual Golf Simulator, Teen
Lounge, Boutique Shops, Cigar Humidor, Massage Room, Juice Bar, and
more!!!
Located at 1 N. Ocean Blvd. in
Pompano Beach (at the Intersection of A1A & Atlantic Blvd.),
Oceanside Pompano Beach
is an Atlantic Oceanfront and Intracoastal Building (not a DIRECT
Oceanfront building since it's not located on the Sand),
located directly
across the street from the Beach, so many of the
units include fabulous Ocean views or Intracoastal
Waterway Views and some units include both views!
Currently, many Units
are being offered for sale at prices that are discounted 14% - 57% off
of the original Developer's prices, so if you're looking for South
Florida Waterfront Condo deals, Oceanside
Pompano Beach
is a great place to consider.
The
Residences range in size from ~ 1,443 sq. ft. - ~ 3,614 sq.
ft., including 2 Bedrooms - 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths - 3.5 Baths. Their
current price range is $420,000 - $4,695,000. Closings and
occupancy started in April of 2008. Tax Records indicate
that, in the most recent Quarter, there have been 5 closings in the
building, purchased 7/1/08 - 8/26/08, at final purchase
prices between $420,000 - $908,000.
Pets of all sizes are allowed and Owners are
allowed to Lease their Units 4 times yearly, with minimum leasing
periods of 90 days.
When viewing the Tax
Records for Oceanside
Pompano Beach Condo Owners, I looked at their
mailing addresses. Of all of the Owners who have closed on
their Units, only 3 have local mailing addresses listed. The
remaining Owners have addresses located in New Jersey, California,
Maryland, Illinois, Louisiana, Ohio, and Virginia. This isn't
surprising as South Florida Waterfront Condos are purchased by large
numbers of vacation home owners who are located in other States and
Countries.
Offering a collection of Sky
Homes®, Penthouse Estates®
and Loft Home® residences, the
first phase, named The Plaza, is a
17-story luxury tower with a unique contemporary structure. The
distinctive curved architecture is designed to capture both the sunrise
and sunset of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal.
