1/1/08   to  9/30/08  Between Pass a Grille and Belleair Causeway       8 homes direct beachfront homes were of sold with and average sales price per sf of$652

1/1/07  to  12/31/07   Between Pass a Grille and Belleair Causeway      7 homes direct beachfront homes were sold with and average sales price per sf of  $650

1/1/06  to  12/31/06   Between Pass a Grille and Belleair Causeway      6 homes direct beachfront homes were sold with and average sales price per sf of  $ 836

According to the Suncoast Multiple listing system we have a few more under contract that will close this year, so the sold price for 2008 will change.
