Strong man

When you are feeling down....emotionally, financially, economically, physically...whatever the case..that is not the time to make life changing or major decisions.  We had a seller the other day who is about to work on getting a counter together....he asked me if he should move quite a distance outside the metropolitan area to a trailer park where his Aunt lives.  YICKS !  But....but.....ok so you don't have a job now...you don't have a lot of money now....but that will change....

If you move far outside the area, your older car has longer to travel, more gas, more chance of repairs, shorter life span for the car, longer commute time.  It is likely that the trailer will only DEPRECIATE  not APPRECIATE...So now you have only further compromised the few assets that you have....best to find someplace inexpensive to rent....Make a job out of looking for a job and put the proceeds from the house into an interest bearing account to draw on sparingly as necessary.

If life has gotten in the way....don't do things that require major undoing when things change in the market...housing will change....employment will change....get ready for it !

If your house payment has become unsurmountable...DO NOT BORROW MONEY from relatives, your IRA, 401K, pension fund....call a Short Sale Expert   and discuss your alternatives...there are some...more than just one and someone who has had experience will be able to help you. We can help you...wherevever you are in the country, we will put you in touch with someone who is professionally qualified to give you the kind of assistance you need at this difficult time.

Sally

How are you? If your guy moves far enough out I could get him a hayburner.

Sincerely
