BWE08

That was the title for one of my favorite panels at BlogWorld.

It was a star studded panel consisting of  Jason Falls, Lee LeFever, Patrick O’Keefe, & Darren Rowse.

I captured some video, took some stills, asked a question at the Mic, and talked to the panelists after the event.

I didn’t take notes (other than the mental kind) as there was plenty of Twittering going on.

I just came across a great recap of the event written by Barbara Rozgonyi.  I’ve set up a special folder in my Google Feed Reader for all things tagged #bwe08 (the hashtag for the event) and her tweet popped up.

If you didn’t make the event, have no fear.

Thanks for taking such great notes and then sharing Barbara!

I am very involved in both Twitter and Facebook, and see how these social media sites can be both used and abused. It is best to spend some time learning what to do before jumping in and making a mess.

I didn't really see the value of twitter, but you can use it as real time updates and taking notes when you're in a class...I was just at AIREEC in LA and saw some people doing what i thought was texting, but it must have been twittering...
