Mill Pond Estates Milford Massachusetts

Mill Pond Estates Milford MassachusettsMill Pond Estates is one of Milford Massachusett's top flight neighborhoods. There are approximately 53 homes in this Milford community.

The neighborhood is located off of Whitewood Road and is in close proximity to Fiske Mill Pond or "Mill Pond" for short.

For many years Mill Pond Estates has been regarded as the premiere subdivision in the town. Of course the homes in this area are now starting to get older and there have been other newer neighborhoods that have come online since then, Mill Pond however, is still amongst the most highly regarded areas.

The Streets in Mill Pond Estates include Mill Pond Road, Quirk Circle, and Leah Lane.

This neighborhood was built and developed by Mickey Connearney of Mikal's Construction.

                                                                                                                                                        Leah Lane Milford MA

Other than a few lots that were sold off, Mickey built all of the homes. The majority of the homes were built from the mid to late 1990's.

One of the strong suites to this subdivision is the wide variety in the style of homes. You will find something as simple as a typical colonial to a highly customized Victorian. Mickey Connearney always has had a great affinity for working hand in hand with his customers to build a home that matched their personality and lifestyle.

Most of the homes in Mill Pond have four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths, and a two car garage. The size of the homes ranges from around 2600 square feet up to 4000 plus square feet.

The minimum lot size is an acre. The lots in Mill Pond are very mature and most are well treed. The value of the homes as Of October 2011 ranges from around $375,000 up to 600,000 plus.

Mill Pond Road Milford MassachusettsThe value of most of the homes in Mill Pond would be a step above another popular Milford neighborhood known as Field Pond Estates. Field Pond Estates is actually only a few miles away off of Fiske Mill Road. The homes in Mill Pond tend to be a bit larger and certainly more customized.

While driving through Mill Pond you will notice a street called Karen Circle that looks like it is part of the neighborhood. It actually is part of another neighborhood known as Mill Pond Heights. The Land for Mill Pond Heights was sold by Mickey Connerney to Afonso Building Corp who developed the property.

The homes in this area are younger. They were built around the year 2006 to the present. The homes in Mill Pond Heights range in value from the 500's to 700's.

Mill Pond Estates has always been a destination neighborhood for many who have lived in Milford, want to remain in town, and are looking for an upgrade in living. Highland Estates which is just up the road off Highland Street, has been an area where some folks have migrated from. Highland Estates is a nice neighborhood in it's own right but the homes are smaller and sell for less.

Gosh, you have so many beautiful developments!  Love seeing the different types of architecture too, which you photograph so well.  Bet they are pretty with snow too.

Bill - What a beautiful community with great photos. Wish we had more of that type of architecture here in FL. My uncle used to live in Framinghamand my sister lives in Concord. We love to visit.

Looks like your homes are priced well - a lot of home for the money in an established community with beautiful landscaping.

Sharon - New England architecture is great but you have us beat with the weather. I can understand why the snow may deter you from coming up to Massachusetts.
