It rained off and on all day in Bonita Springs, Florida. But in the end, the skies in Florida never disappoint me. Just in time for some amazing clouds, the rain gives up and the big black storm clouds start to dissipate and move off. It literally looks like a present being unwrapped. You can see all the bright beautiful blue behind the black as it pulls back and exposes the beautiful evening sky.

I will NEVER get tired of this. I take pictures just about every night. It has become a habit and part of my routine. I download them to the computer and can't believe they look like this SOOC. I am by NO MEANS a great picture taker.... so all the credit and glory goes where it belongs .... with God! Thank you.

My wife and I saw the same view tonight as the sun went down.  Looked like a postcard out there.  We're lucky to be here in SW Florida!  Have a great week.

I love that last picture, Sharon.  Thank you for sharing these.  Florida is one of my favorite places, and this is the next best thing to being there.

I cannot believe how incredible those photos are!!! Like you said...the credit goes to the Creator! He is the artist...we are the benefactors. When I look at these pictures...I just think about how much He loves me that He paints the sky for me to enjoy. GBU, Sharon!

Sharon, Neat pix. I do miss being on the gulf having lived in St. Pete for many moons. Hope to take a visit that way towards the end of the month...

Hi Sharon - I really like that last one too, but they are all stunning!  I took a couple of shots last night with the sun going down and I haven't downloaded them yet.  I don't think they will turn out anything like these!  Very cool!

With sunsets like that, who would ever want to move? Better yet, How do you get any work done? I think that I would be tempted to spend most of my days on a deck over looking a bay sipping cool cocktails!
