I have only been on here a couple of days. The wealth of knowledge that is shared here is overwhelming. I have learned soooo much. I am having to take notes so that I can remember it all. I would like to personally thank everybody on here for their participation and willingness to help others. Being a rookie is a hard road to hold alone but being part of this site gives me hope that I too will one day be a seasoned realtor with loads of knowledge to share with rookies. I am totally impressed with all of you. Kudos! Thanks for all the help and I look forward to being able to give back just as much as I have taken. Have a great night.
