It has been a long hard year and with the economy still in peril I have had to take on another job to make ends meet.  Its been a long time since I've posted but I have a new vibe on life now.  I've been through several changes that make me feel good about whats to come.  I am not going down without a fight....in fact I'm NOT going down at all.  My doc gave me some news that basically told me shape up or ship out..to the great beyond.  I have changed my entire lifestyle and man do I feel good.  I recommend to anyone that feels beat down to take a look at how they are living and make some changes because it has really made me feel good about me, life, and what I'm about to do in the real estate industry.  I want top dog in my office and then I'm going regional.  I have put my other job (not career) on notice that I'll be hitting the road soon to concentrate once again on my real estate career.  One thing I will do different that I didn't do last year is that I will give myself some me time.  But I will be committed to my clients.  I love my buyers and most :) of my sellers.  I have a closing in two weeks that I have been trying to get to the table since May and its finally going to happen.  My client's previous closing attorney when he bought the home did a bad title search and forgot to get a POA for the person signing on behalf of the seller.  We have that resolved and are pushing forward and actually at a higher price.  Anyway happy selling to all of you out there and by the way the closing in two weeks was a result of me being found by a guy in Italy through ACTIVE RAIN.  So, yeah this works.
