Condo Websites

I have started taking the Michael Russer Internet Dominance program and am interested in seeing some good websites that focus specifically on condos. I am a second year agent on Cape Cod and have discovered that many agents here prefer to specialize in the second home market because of the higher sales prices. Personally, I think that many empty nesters and first time home buyers are prime candidates for condos and they are not getting the service they need. If you have a website (or know of one) that is successful in your area, please let me know. I would love to check it out.

Hi Steve;

I agree with your comments, in this market we are having many first time home buyers and introducing them to a condo is correct.

I've run across a fellow on ActiveRain that does lots of condos. You may want to search "Will Nesbit." I'm a newbie so I don't know if there's an easier way to connect two members.

Hey Steve..I have been a Broker for 25 years. About 4 years ago (when the market was better) we were receiving about 125 leads per month from this site: http://www.northjerseycondos.com

Now that the market is slower, we are still getting about 30-40 leads. I make it mandatory for people to sign in.
