Boston Condo Sales September 2008

For the month of September, year on year Boston Condo sales have declined 7.5% while condo values have only dipped 2.6%. The numbers are as follows:

2008 2007

Volume 258 279 -7.5%

Median Value $341,000 $350,000 -2.6%
