As part of the research I've been doing in blogging for SEO "organic" results for my "home market" of Verrado I recently checked a number of sites that rank high for the same search phrases I've been testing. I was surprised to see some of them had up to 54 instances of the word Verrado on the same page!
Notable, repetitive phrases present included the following for your edification and enjoyment! One might think that there were more repetitions of the word Verrado than there were words in between to make some kind of sense of the whole morass!
Buckeye real estate (Yes - Verrado is in Buckeye Arizona - score 1 point!)
Phoenix homes for Sale (Hold on a moment - I thought we were focused on Verrado!)
Verrado Realty (There is also a company by that name - owned by the folks that developed Verrado - wonder if they ever play Monopoly :-))
Verrado Real Estate (Ah - a phrase that is on point - so score 1 point!)
Phoenix Arizona homes for sale (OK - we have now moved 25 miles east back to Phoenix!)
Phoenix homes (Yes - I heard you the first time!)
Verrado-homes (OK - but since when is that a hyphenated word?)
