Debbie - Location makes such a big difference. In my area would rent for about $2000.

Hi Pat, It is affordable isn't it? The market is still doing well, slower for sure but we weren't affected by subprime. I'm actually ahead of where I was last year in sales.

Coeur d'Alene, Idaho - City by the Lake Debbie, you are so fortunate to not be burried in the subprime mess. My business was fantastic last year. However, this year we are a bit down in Closed Transactions and way way up in Active Listings. More than we have ever seen before. Even in our area your home would lease for at least $1100 per month, probably more.
